I bought Pro. How do I get it on a new phone?
Open FitterPad, tap the gear icon, then Restore purchase, signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with. Family Sharing members get Pro automatically.
Does it need a signal?
No. Every calculation works offline, and once Pro is unlocked it stays unlocked without a signal.
Where do the take-out numbers come from?
Butt-weld elbow and tee center-to-end dimensions come from ASME B16.9. Pipe outside diameters come from ASME B36.10M. At angles other than a factory 45° or 90°, FitterPad assumes an elbow cut from a 90°, and every answer says which fitting it assumed. Tap Show work on any answer to see the formula.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
A note on accuracy
FitterPad is checked against the published standards and trade-calculator worked examples, but fittings vary between manufacturers. Always confirm critical cuts against the fitting in hand.
